Please note there is a $50 deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit is counted toward your final bill.

In order to provide our patients the best care, we have decided to go with cash pay only system which allows us to focus solely on our patients instead of trying to jump through hoops with insurance.
Even though we do not directly bill your insurance for services - we are more than happy to check with your insurance if you are covered for certain weight loss medications and provide any prior authorization letter that may be necessary.
Our services are also covered under HSA/FSA funds - just let us know at your initial consultation and we will be more than happy to provide you with all the necessary documentation to submit in order to use your funds for our services.

Because your care here is personalized, our pricing is not “one-size-fits-all.”
Your plan is built around your goals and the level of support you need. That means costs can vary depending on the services included, the frequency of follow-ups, and whether your program involves medications, lab work, or additional therapies.
After your initial consultation, we will clearly outline your recommended plan and give you the best pricing before you move forward - no surprises, and no pressure.
Your initial consultation is a flat fee of $250.
Therapies are not included in initial consult pricing. After we meet, we’ll be able to build a plan tailored to your goals and outline your options clearly.
From there, you can choose:
Month-to-month membership with no long-term obligation, or
Discounted multi-month packages (typically 3 to 12 months) for patients who want the best value and continuity.
Either way, you will know your pricing up front before you commit.

Medications are simply one tool, not the foundation. If we ever discuss them, it’s because your medical history, biology, or past struggles suggest you would benefit from extra support, not because they’re required.
Our goal is always the same: a plan you can maintain long-term, with or without medication.
Dr. Patel’s specific training as a board certified obesity medicine physician as well as certified personal trainer allows him to give each patient expert level care.
