Your first visit to Eleve Premier Health is a deep-dive into you — your metabolism, hormones, lifestyle, and goals. During this 60–75 minute physician-led consultation with Dr. Mithil Patel we go far beyond a typical “weight-loss visit” to understand the full picture of your health and performance.
Please note that a $50 deposit is required to book all appointments. This policy helps prevent no-shows, as we invest considerable time in preparing for each appointment. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to any future treatments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by email or phone, and we will work with you to find a new appointment time.
